Happy New Year! I hope the new year is starting on a strong, positive note for you. I don’t know about you, but I am happy – ecstatic even – to welcome 2023! It brings a new set of possibilities and potential – an opportunity to set a list of new goals. The start of a new year is also a time to reflect on the past year.
